White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies! Yum!

After a long lazy weekend, Monday seemed a little rough for everyone...including Mom!  So I thought I should whip up some cookies from scratch.  They turned out fantastic!

What you need:
  • 1 cup butter or shortening
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter (I used the Jiff Natural- our family favorite)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3-1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 bag of Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1/2 bag of White Chocolate Chips
Directions:
  1. Make sure the butter is at room temperature.
  2. Preheat the Oven to 350 F
  3. Beat the Peanut Butter and butter together.
  4. Add in the sugars.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  6. Add flour, soda, and salt and beat together.
  7. Mix in peanut butter and white chocolate chips
  8. Place 1 inch balls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until bottoms become golden brown

Maybe try it Ala mode with some Carmel sauce?!

  1. I came across your recipe on Pinterest and I'm am so glad I did! I made these earlier tonight and they are fantastic! I like my cookies small and super soft so I made them into tbsp. size balls and took them out after about 7 min and since I made them small I had about 36. They were so good I had to share with my neighbors and friends and everyone loved them.

Thank you so much for sharing the recipe! :)
