What you need:
- 1 cup butter or shortening
- 2/3 cup peanut butter (I used the Jiff Natural- our family favorite)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3-1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 bag of Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
- 1/2 bag of White Chocolate Chips
- Make sure the butter is at room temperature.
- Preheat the Oven to 350 F
- Beat the Peanut Butter and butter together.
- Add in the sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Add flour, soda, and salt and beat together.
- Mix in peanut butter and white chocolate chips
- Place 1 inch balls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until bottoms become golden brown
Maybe try it Ala mode with some Carmel sauce?!
I came across your recipe on Pinterest and I'm am so glad I did! I made these earlier tonight and they are fantastic! I like my cookies small and super soft so I made them into tbsp. size balls and took them out after about 7 min and since I made them small I had about 36. They were so good I had to share with my neighbors and friends and everyone loved them.
